The 19mm buttons have IP65 ratings and the 22-28mm buttons have IP67 ratings. The 22-28mm buttons are better suited for marine use that may be in contact with water. The description of the buttons will have their IP ratings listed. See below for a guide.

All products are being shipped from Newcastle NSW, Australia. We do not currently have a shopfront setup and we generally do not allow for pickups as postage is relitivly cheap and efficent.

The average turnaround time on orders is 1-2 business days which also includes custom etching orders. We do our best to keep this as accurate as possible but on very rare occasions sometimes your order can go out later and generally we do get in contact with you if this is the case.

If you choose any of the postal services from Australia Post they will normally be delivered by your local postal service in your country. If choosing DHL Express your parcel will be delivered by DHL Express in your country or may be delivered by a third party if you are in a remote location.

All parcels come with a tracking number so make sure you provide the correct details when ordering so the tracking can be sent to you.
