Australian customers warranty:
We will accept returns or exchanges at my expense if for any reason the product is faulty or not working properly when received (all items are tested before shipping). If the product fails within 6 months of purchase date due to being faulty, we will replace or repair the product for free, covering shipping costs to Australian customers. If product is wired incorrectly and fails due to misuse example, not running a relay when required causing switch to burnout or shorting out the switch then there will be no returns or replacements.
Interanational customers warranty:
We will accept returns or exchanges at my expense if for any reason the product is faulty or not working properly when received (all items are tested before shipping). If the product fails or becomes faulty within a 6 month period from purchase date, international customers may be required to pay shipping costs for a replacement to be sent out. If product is wired incorrectly and fails due to misuse example "not running a relay when required" then there will be no returns or free replacements.
Returns and refunds:
There is no returns or refunds on laser etched buttons due to change of mind or incorrect purchase once we have laser etched your buttons, the laser etching is a service we provide on a made to order basis.(If you order incorrectly please message us asap before we start on your order and we can offer changes or refunds)
We will replace or refund any items that were incorrectly shipped, faulty, or damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged item, please take pictures of any damaged packaging and items so we can process an insurance claim. Refunds may be eligible depending on the circumstances. If the error is on our part, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Please note in compliance with Australian consumer law the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
