Australia:

  • Australia Post standard: Signature on delivery with email tracking service 3-5 business days estimated delivery time.
  • Australia Post express: Signature on delivery with email tracking service 1-2 business days estimated delivery time.

International:

  • AVAILABLE FOR USA & CANADA ONLY! International Economy: Cheap postage service 8-20+ business days estimated delivery time depending on location. Please note when opting to use this service it has no tracking and on the rare occasions can take as long as a month for delivery on rare occasions. ( Only available for orders under $50AU)
  • International Standard: Email tracking service with optional signature on delivery 7-12+ business days estimated delivery time.
  • International Express: Signature on delivery with email tracking service 4-6+ business days estimated delivery time, depending on location.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All delivery times are just estimates from the postal service and can not be guaranteed, sometimes taking longer than expected. You can track you item here. Please also be aware if your country requires duties or taxes to be payed on imported goods you will need to pay them as its not our responsibility. Your goods are shipped as: Delivered at Place (DAP): This indicates that the seller is only responsible for shipping the product, while the customer has to absorb any import costs.
DHL Express

DHL Express courier service:

  • All DHL Express rates and delivery times are calculated by DHL through API Integration, DHL Express is the premium of shipping services and is normally prioritised.

Handling:

Handling period is normally 1-2 business days before shipping. All products are shipped from Newcastle NSW, AUSTRALIA. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that are likely to cause delay, we will notify the customer.

Missing or damaged items in the post:

We do our best to package the products in a box with bubble wrap so they do not get damaged. If you are purchasing a large order we recommend you use the better shipping service that is available.
