Billet Button 19mm and 22mm wiring diagrams
We get asked all the time about wiring diagrams for the buttons so I thought it's about time I put something up to help everyone out to prevent incorrect wiring. This is just a simple wiring diagram from the rear of the business cards that everyone will now receive with their buttons.
19mm Buttons: The 'RED' & 'BLACK' wires are for the LED, you can reverse the polarity on these and it will not damage the LED. The 'WHITE' wire (common) and the two 'GREEN' wires (normally open, normally closed) are the switching wires. Simply, the 'WHITE' wire (common) and the middle 'GREEN' wire (normally open) are the two wires you will need to use as the switching wires. If you want to wire the LED to come on when the button is pushed simply wire the LED into the switching circuit.
22mm & 28mm Buttons: The 'RED' & 'BLACK' wires are for the LED, you can reverse the polarity on these and it will not damage the LED. The 'GREEN' wires (normally open) are the main switching wires you will need to use, the 'WHITE' wires (normally closed) are there if you want to switch between circuits. I recommend running a 5 pin relay if you are wanting to switch between circuits, for example high and low beam. If you want to wire the LED to come on when the button is pushed simply wire the LED into the switching circuit.
